The Case of the Hotels: Contemporary Resort v. Disneyland Hotel


The Disneyland hotel opened shortly after Disneyland in 1955, but wasn’t owned by Disney until the mod 1980s. It was the first hotel built to bare the Disney name. The Contemporary resort was the first Disney Hotel deliberately built to be able to be seen from inside a Disney theme park.
