The closest thing Disney got to making a horror flick in the 1980's, is this. The Watcher In The Woods. Absent of the overindulgent gore that many horror films had back then (and today), TWITW relies on its setting and soundtrack to get you in the spirit of things. Plus Betty Davis doing her best "angry old lady" role like only she can.
