Walt Disney World Resort has just released a new offer for summer 2023 vacation packages – the "Disney Dining Promo Card".
The Disney Dining Promo Card works like this: If you book a hotel stay at a participating resort between June 25 and September 14, 2023 - and purchase a non-discounted room and ticket package - you'll be eligible to receive a Disney Dining Promo Card. The value of the card will depend on the number of nights you stay and the level of the resort hotel you book, with a maximum value of $750. You'll receive the card via email after check-in, and you can use it to purchase food and beverages at participating locations throughout the resort!
There are a few exclusions to keep in mind , however. It can't be used at merchandise locations or candy kitchens, or at certain hotels including the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, and the Four Seasons Resort Orlando. Additionally, some food and beverage options not listed may also be excluded, so it's always a good idea to check with the restaurant before you go.
It's worth noting that the former Disney Dining Plan, which was a popular option for guests of Walt Disney World Resort, has not been sold since the theme parks closed in March 2020. However, Walt Disney World did create a Disney Dining Plan Plus in March 2022, and in June 2021, they announced plans to bring back the Disney Dining Plan. So, while the Disney Dining Promo Card isn't the same thing, it's definitely a step in the right direction and a great way to save some money on food and drinks during your trip.
